How we connect
your stack.

The version most clients land on. Sources of truth on the left, ops layer in the middle, surfaces and AI on the right. Boring on purpose — boring is what survives.

What we build.

/ 01 · ERP SYSTEMS

ERPs that
fit your business.

Not SAP. Not NetSuite. Custom-built where the standard packages don't bend — manufacturing, distribution, complex inventory, multi-entity finance.

01// panda-saas / orders.ts
02export async function syncOrder(id) {
03  const order = await shopify.fetch(id);
04  const mapped = transform(order);
05  await sap.write(mapped);

/ 02 · CUSTOM SAAS

Custom SaaS,
not no-code.

Production-grade web and mobile apps. TypeScript, Postgres, real auth, real testing. Built to ship, scale, and outlive your founding engineer.

email ticket classifier 99.2% acc urgent standard spam route
/ 03 · AI WORKFLOWS

AI workflows that
actually run in production.

Classifiers, agents, document understanding, RAG. Not demos — wired into your stack with retries, observability, and a human-in-the-loop where it matters.

Integrations,
not Zapier sprawl.

One hub, owned by you. Retries, observability, idempotency, versioning. The Zaps don't break at 3am because the schema didn't change.

/ 05 · DEVOPS

DevOps & infra.

Software, infrastructure, automation, and support. We handle the technical heavy lifting so your team can focus on running the business, not troubleshooting it.

The stack we ship on.

Boring tech that lasts. We pick what your team can hire for and your CFO can afford in five years — not the framework that trended on Hacker News last month.

From audit to production, in five phases.

Most agencies disappear between week 4 and week 12 — the slow middle. We don't. Weekly demos, fortnightly retros, code in your repo from day one.

/ 01 Weeks 1-2 · Discovery

Audit + architect.

Code review, infra walk-through, stakeholder interviews. You walk away with a one-pager: what to keep, what to rebuild, what to kill.

  • arch doc
  • risk matrix

/ 02 Weeks 3-6 · Foundation

Spike + scaffold.

Build the riskiest thing first. Auth, data model, the one integration everyone is afraid of. Working code in your repo by week six.

/ 03 Weeks 7-14 · Build

Ship in 2-week loops.

Working software every fortnight, in staging. Demos every Friday. You break it, we fix it, no surprises in week 18.

/ 04 Weeks 15-18 · Harden

Load-test, secure, document.

The phase most agencies skip. Pen test, load test, runbooks, on-call rotation. You inherit a system, not a problem.

/ 05 Week 19+ · Handover or stay

Handoff, or stay on.

Pick one. Full docs, training, and a 90-day warranty. Or keep us on a retainer as your fractional eng team — most clients pick the second.

Questions CTOs actually ask.

If yours isn't here, send it to us. We'll give you a straight answer — including whether we're the right team for the job.

Do you white-label, or sign your code? +
Your code, your repo, your name. We don't put hidden footers in the auth flow or trial-version stamps in the source. After handover, no one would know we touched it unless you tell them.
How do you handle scope creep? +
Honestly. New work goes through a one-pager: what it is, what it costs, what it pushes. You either approve, defer, or kill it. We don't do "free favors" that bloat the budget by month four.
Will you work alongside our in-house team? +
Most engagements are hybrid. We slot in as the senior layer, pair-program with your team, and document everything as we go. Many clients keep one of us on retainer as a fractional staff engineer.
Can we use our existing stack? +
Yes — we adapt. We have strong opinions but no religious wars. If you're on Django, we ship Django. If you're on Rails, we ship Rails. We only push for a stack change when the cost of staying outweighs the cost of moving — and we'll show the math.
What about AI — is it just hype? +
Most of it. We ship AI when it's the right tool — classification, document understanding, agentic workflows where deterministic code falls short. We don't sell "AI transformation"; we sell systems that work, and sometimes they have an LLM call inside.

Got a system
that's held together
with spreadsheets?

Send us a quick description of what's painful, what tools you're on, and what would change if it just worked. We'll come back in 48 hours with a free tech audit — and an honest yes/no on whether we can help.
