Digital Marketer.

Lead identity systems, art direction, and design system work for 2–3 active engagements. 5+ years agency or in-house.

About the role

We're looking for a Digital Marketer who can think in systems and execute with precision. You'll lead performance and brand marketing across 2–3 active client engagements — owning strategy, creative direction, and measurable growth. This isn't a coordinator role; you'll be making real decisions on real budgets from week one.

What you'll do
  • Own digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, and email channels for multiple clients
  • Lead art direction and identity system work in collaboration with design leads
  • Build and present campaign briefs, performance reports, and growth roadmaps directly to clients
  • Manage media buying across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms — optimising toward real business outcomes
  • Work closely with engineers and designers to ship landing pages, email flows, and campaigns
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years in digital marketing — agency or in-house, we don't mind which
  • Strong grasp of paid media, SEO, CRO, and lifecycle marketing
  • Comfortable owning client relationships and presenting confidently
  • A sharp eye for creative — you know when something's off and why
  • Data-literate but not data-obsessed; you know when to follow the numbers and when to trust instinct
